"Jason recommend this place to bring our 60s Mantel clock. The owner is very knowledgeable in all clocks from the exspensive to the inexpensive wind-up clocks. His store is like a Clock Musem (please excuse my spelling)"

"We found Salem clock shop to be a marvelous place! Debbie, Diane, and Dave were all VERY friendly and helpful! Excellent, going-the-extra mile customer service. They have many clocks in the works; however, when I called few times for a status check, they gave me an accurate and detailed update and explained the reasons for where they were at in the repair process. When we picked our clock up, Dave went the extra mile and drilled a whole in a strategic place for hanging it, and then he personally carried it to our car and carefully placed it inside. Our Bulova schoolhouse clock is up on our wall now, working perfectly. Salem Clock Shop guaranteed their work on our clock. As a customer, please exercise kindness and patience as this will exemplify your experience!"

"A step back in Time. What a cool shop with lots of Clocks in many styles. We like old Clocks that tick and chime away. Ours has to be wound once a week. Dave the Technician keeps them running for us."
